They can be used by their schools,colleges or any other institutions that they work on.for example a college can use their students by involving them in the NSS activities.By setting camps such as medical,social , the student's mutual understanding gets improved.Consider a college consisting of 350 students like that we can combine 10 such colleges this is enough to regulate half of the city
